This article talks about compiling a list of qualities or traits or habits we might learn to accept about ourselves: This New Year Focus On Non-Goals | Weightless A somewhat difficult article for me. I have traits I would so like to make disappear but cannot. Maybe, I must accept the trait as part of who I am?
