My withdrawals from almost any pmed is terrible, same with klonopin. BUT, years ago I was coming off of Zoloft, and my saving grace was surprisingly Claritin. I started taking it for allergies obviously but something about these types of medicines can reduce withdrawal symptoms. Benadryl worked as well, but it makes me so sleepy.
