Hi, Lostgirl. Just wanted to drop by to say that harming yourself is never the answer to solve temporary problems, and in any context, "temporary" doesn't mean a couple of hours/days. Once you get out of that area, a friendly reminder that probably 99% of the world does not know who you are, there's no need to worry about who's going to get you or not. Do you know anyone else you can trust you? Family, other friends, relatives, internet pals (just in case you don't feel comfortable with a therapist yet)? You can also talk to any other them about your self-esteem issues as well because getting confidence from the right person(s) will help boost your mental health.
