JUSTSIGNMEUP...... I did know that caffeine can trigger so I only go for about a cup a day which is why I was P.O.'d that it spilled all over. That is a huge cutback for me, but I have to have something to keep sane during the day. Waking up getting 2 boys outta bed and out the door so I can go to work and then running to work.......I can allow myself one hot steamy cup a day. I tried to nix it all together and I just wasn't functioning.
