I think you have made a good choice to get help. Once you find a doctor follow the advice, don't do like me and think you know more that the doctor. I would think I was better and quit taking my meds, etc.

I would suggest you start journalling and keeping track of your moods. It will be a big help in the long run strategy of your health. Like I have finally realized that I'm affected by the seasons, so my doctors know what to expect when winter sets in and I need adjustments to my meds.

In your journal see if you can start to identify triggers, so you can work on either handling or avoiding them.
