My overall anxiety has decreased since I started going to therapy and meditating regularly. Daily exercise also helps, at least temporarily. I've also noticed a strong connection between what I eat and my moods. Just when I think I've go a handle on my anxiety, something can trigger it and I feel like I'm back to square one. I just have to take a deep breath and remind myself it's gonna get better again.
