I don't know, but suspect that any change in a medical condition might trigger the long form if you reported that to SSDI prior to their sending out the long form. I know you just had additional conditions added, but the computer might just register the added conditions as a "change."

On the other hand, if you get the short form followed by a long form, there are certain answers that will trigger the long form next, so I've heard and read.

Anyhow, glad you got approved. Anxiety can cause serious interference.
