I am sorry for the confusion, that letter is addressed to bipolar - the illness itself. Hence the title, dear bipolar. I was needing a way to escape the moment where the illness rules my actions, and I succeeded. I am very sorry if this confusion caused you any stress. To be honest, I don't know who you are CANDC. I was just talking to the illness itself.
