i have been bingeing a lot lately too, i dont know if it is the new meds or what so i dont know if i have an answer for you but i think the key may be distraction. if you have a certain time that you binge, make sure you are not around food then. plan on being out for a walk, in the shower, doing anything else but being around food. the other thing i have done is not buy junk, calorie laden food. i have healthy low calorie food so when i do binge, at least it is on good food, lower in calories. i hope this helps some.
