I've had this as well & actually talked to my tdoc about it this week-I told him it makes me think of the quote “I was within and without. Simultaneously enchanted and repelled by the inexhaustible variety of life.” ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby (I got a blank look from him-don't think he's an avid reader). Sometimes I can deal with it but at other times it's scary-& sometimes when I think back at a time when that happened I worry that it might happen & I would stay disconnected-thanks to everyone sharing on this thread-at least we know we are not alone with this.
