That is a horrible feeling. I've had panic attacks that are terrifying. I no long try to fight them off. I use more of a riding the wave of anxiety and talk to myself about what it is just accept what's going on with my body. I do not like it at all. The difficulty breathing, the tight throat, the impending doom, and all that sucks but I ride it and explain to myself that it will pass and it does.
