I bought some things and they temporarily made me feel better but now I'm looking around at all this stuff I have and it's making me anxious. I haven't been getting rid of enough unused items lately. I also haven't been moving things out of the living room and into my bedroom where they belong.
I should probably deal with this stack of mail first. It seems like it should be the easiest.
