Hello and good evening dear Mefisto. YES, I really CAN identify with you fears and worries, for I am almost obsessed in my way of thinking. I try to keep busy during the day, but the nights are another story. I don't live alone so walking around and fiddling with stuff at night is a def no no. I really really NEED my meds, to stablise my moods and stop the obsessive thoughts. It's no good anyone saying to you not to worry, but you worry anyways as our fears are serious to us.
