Had to really force myself to go out and do Day 3 of my couch to 5k this morning. Not because of the cold, but because I just wasn't really in the mood. Feeling a little more depressed today, and felt that way yesterday too.
As usual, am really glad that I did it. Really want to be able to do the April relay race, and maybe another 5k (or more?) this summer, so that's a big motivation.
