Yes, I had a huge one last November-summer (complete with being evil, imaganary, husband going to kill me and my family conspering to take my family away from me) all of that I seriously believed. By all accounts I'm stable but it's "he's going to hurt me if I don't hurt myself first" I know it's untrue but it feels so true.
