Hi macy666, I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I understand how horrible it can be, I've gotten to that point before.

What kind of things do you enjoy? Reading, hiking, exercising, playing videogames, watching movies, arts and crafts, etc.? Those are some things, just general ideas of stuff to maybe get into. Find a hobby. If you don't have anything you enjoy currently, that's understandable too.

One coping skill I've found very helpful is journaling, it gets all of your feeling out on paper.

Have you considered therapy? It could be helpful for you, and if necessary a psychiatrist to prescribe medication.

Things will get better, they may not seem like that now but there is always hope.
