No you are not alone but I know how alone it feels when it is just you and depression. You can find a lot of support here and maybe even some solutions. Support is part of the solution. Not sure why your not happy about talking to a therapist? that is a good thing.

Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
