Hello LittleOldMe, welcome to Psych Central,
In another thread you wrote this ...

So, I made my first post a little while back and you all were quite supportive so I thought I would post again.
I've still been having some issues with panic attacks and little freak out moments, but I can't tell of they're getting worse. I told myself I would talk to someone about it if I did happen to worsen but I think they already know. They spy on me through the windows and run when they think I can't see, but I still see them. They make me shake with anticipation because I'm ready for them! They just need to stop being so cowardly.
Why won't they show themselves? I mean, I know they're there. No one will believe me so I just write it down in my journal.
Also I have a burning question that needs to burning question that needs to be answered. Can people be nocturnal? I need to know because I can only sleep during the day. Thank you.

Also in the above post you said that you believe that if you tell anyone close to you that you believe they will die and
they will come for us all.
So, you do need help and support. It sounds like the anxiety is making you feel paranoid. Please go and see your doctor.
