I've suffered from eating disorders since I was a kid. I was anerexic, got help for it. Became bulimic, got help for that last year in hospital. & now I've developed a binge eating disorder.
When I was bulimic, I'd binge and then fast & excessively exercise to try work it off. & after fighting the urges to fast, I've become used to eating normally.
However, I've starting bingeing again & not doing anything in between... My binges are only on junk food & becoming more frequent. I'm gaining a lot of weight, though am at a normal BMI at present. I don't want to gain more, but can't stop...

I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on foods to replace te junk with. Preferably a variety of things that are healthy but can satisfy my need to binge. It seems like a better option for me right now.
