I have been trying holy basil ( tulsi ) tea infusion for many days to relieve myself of the physical symptoms of anxiety, panic and emotional stress. And it works wonders!! Symptoms like heart burn, belching, depressive mood, irritability,body aches are relieved drastically. It flushes out negativity ( physical or psychological) from one's body. The biggest advantage is that it is caffeine free.Has anybody ever tried other herbal teas for soothing anxious nerves?
