Hi pinkvilla

I see your plight here. I also suffer from depression and I had 2 failed marriages. It wasn't the depression that ended them, it was the relationships themselves. It sounds like you want away from the constant fights. Your T knows more than I do so I will only say a few things that I think you should think about.

1) Do not make any decision based on your emotions. Wait until you have calmed down from the stimulus or stimuli that is causing the stress.

2) Have a plan before you say anything to your spouse. Make arrangements and have them already in place before you say too much to your spouse.

3) Make sure your T knows what is going on so he or she can support you during a stressful change.

4) Look at all your options and decide what the best way is to support yourself.

5) Look into employment if it is an option. Also look at where you can move to or if he will be moving.

6) Consider everyone involved and how this will affect them as well.

7) If you have a higher power, ask them what is right.

I do not know if you should separate or not. Only you can make this choice. I am just saying to know your options and don't act on your emotions or when you feel depressed. I have never made good decisions when I acted on my emotions or when I was depressed.

I wish you the best and I hope this helps in some way.
