It's a very common.. Its best your Pdoc and Gyn are on the same page , Some psych meds will mess with your BC effectiveness. That is if you are on BC. If not many people are put on BC to help manage the BP symptoms...

Hormones can really mess with Bipolar. Have you had you Thyroid checked recently? If not have a complete blood work done to check your levels to see if something is outta wack.
