I understand that you think it would be best for me to tell someone close to me, but I cannot do that. If I do then they'll die. They'll come for all of us. I'm just so scared.
I've taken many quizzes on this website. Nearly all said that something was likely wrong with me. They said it therapy would be beneficial. I don't need therapy. I'm not crazy. I'm perfectly normal. In fact, I'd even say that I'm better than most people.
I would just like to know why everyone here (the "professionals") keep hinting that I'm not okay. I'm okay!

YOu are asking why people are concerned and keep suggesting therapy. Here's why
- you are on a psych site, indicating that you feel something is not right.
- you say you are normal, well so are the rest of us. And many normal people seek therapy. Many normal people happen to have mental health issues
- you say that if you say something to someone they will die. That is not typical.
- Crazy is not a diagnosis and has never been in the DSM. Crazy is a word that is used to stigmatize normal people who have mental health issues. YOu are not crazy. However, you may have a mental health issue that needs to be treated,.
That is why people are suggesting therapy. Therapy is okay, it's just talking. It can help to sort out what's bothering you. Even people without mental health issues seek therapy to get through rough spots.
