Well, you reacted with a lot of hostility to people saying something that you didn't like.

And the fact is - no one was suggesting it to you to GET exercise. They were just pointing out a positive to having to walk 45 minutes.

Black and White thinking is thinking in absolutes - something is either A or Z, there's no bcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxy in between.

To use the walking as an example - you immediately jumped to the conclusion that people were suggesting you need to lose weight, when no one said it. You gave off a huge spiel about it without having really even read what people were saying. You jumped to a conclusion and reacted with hostility - no one except you forced any weight/image-related concepts at you.

If you do that here, on a forum, where you can reread what people say.... try reflecting on what you do when you are with people face to face.
