depression is a very real thing that can take away all our motivation. when it is this bad it requires treatment. like lexi suggests, inpatient is an option. it gives you time to just get away from all the stressors of the world while receiving treatment and trying to get back on track. if that is not an option for you, seeing a psychiatrist/therapist package or your doctor and a therapist so you can get on antidepressants and have someone to talk to to assist you in reorganizing your thoughts and give you coping skills is the best way to go. i was depressed to the point where i could not function as well and antidepressants completely turned my life around. and it was nice that i did not have to stay on them a lifetime. after i got everything sorted out and my life back on track and felt strong again, i was able to discontinue them. so please, go seek out help.
