I suggest doing a little research and finding out what you think will work for you. ECF is a a great place to start. Their 'New Members' sub is where I direct all people who are interested. There's a lot of good places to purchase, but I think Mt Baker might be the best for a new vaper. Their prices are very reasonable, fsat shipping and great customer service.
