Weather can have a profound affect on one's mood. Personally I kind of like inclement weather, it makes feel more relaxed and at ease. I think since my baseline personality is slightly depressive it makes it easier for me to relate to other people. Summer on the other hand was always just long, hot, and boring. I rarely got to see friends, my family didn't go on lots of camping trips etc. Look up foods rich in Vitamin D and try to incorporate more of those in your diet that might help,or maybe you could try taking a supplement. Be sure to get some sun when you can and try to stay physically active, bundle up and go outside anyway .
