Have you tried Cymbalta at all? It worked really well for me for a couple of years, then things got worse and the doc added the lyrica which has helped too. I do think I need in an increase in the Lyrica now though as I'm in pain every single day and not every other or every couple of days like I was before. It really stinks having to push yourself through it though. Some days, I just can't seem to push anymore and it's really doing a number on me mentally.
