I've found that most of the side effects I've experienced with Seroquel have decreased at higher doses.

I did experience some irritability on a lower dose - I was snapping at everyone and everything, wanting to lash out, etc. I managed to control it and as I went to a higher dose, it went away.

I'm taking Seroquel for bipolar mixed episodes. I've found that it didn't do enough for depression and I had to add in Wellbutrin.
