Inspired by this, I've been bringing salads and nuts for lunchtime. I end up actually eating vegetables most days now and almonds are surprisingly filling. Also saving money because I'm not going out to lunch to eat huge portions because my sandwich or ramen wasn't enough.
I'll tackle dinner eventually...that's the hardest meal for me in terms of not eating everything in the house... Not proud about this Monday. I ordered a large pizza so I would have leftovers, then ate the whole thing.
Baby steps, right?
