I'm currently off medication and trying to stay so by having a healthy lifestyle and taking care of myself. That includes spending time with family and my bf regularly and also exercising and eating healthy. I've been off medication for a couple of months now and it's going well. I'm determined not to take it again and that I won't need it. I know it can be beneficial to people but I'm determined to not take it as I don't think I need it. Unless things start going downhill I'm not taking anything. There's a lot more to life than medication imo.
