Psychosocial activities can be anything.
I like to go to activities that allow me to learn and create, and socialize at the same time. I do captioning and attend a beading group. They help me connect and work on my social skills. They also alleviate my sadness.

I often wonder if psychosis is a consequence of individualism, an effect of the western world.
