I would take this up with a reputable psychiatrist, that will give you the proper DX and prescribe the meds you need to help you out.
I say this from my own personal experience, I was DXed as Bipolar-II(mild) 4 years ago and have followed treatment plan, it does work, give it a try, for your own well being, and also please take care, come and talk to us anytime you want, or even PM us.
