Psychiatrists do have larger caseloads usually since most that take insurance don't do as much psychotherapy. I asked him something along the lines of client success once and he said that he couldn't give a good answer because so many patients don't come back. So my guess is a lot of pdocs and Ts don't have smaller regular caseloads larger ones that come and go.
