I'm going back to college in a few days. It's worrying me because it is always stressful. I'm most often depressed due to my BP II and the stress can often trigger it. I get lonely because everyone is usually so busy they can't hang out the times I am free. I have a very small room to myself. The food isn't so great. And sometimes I just want to eat without hundreds of people around. My family isn't around me either. And I can't play video games as much because I'll have schoolwork.

I'm concerned. This will most likely trigger me in depression which gets dangerous sometimes. At least at home I have fun and have family around often. I'm afraid it's going to be a big set back on all the coping skills I've worked on over my month break from college.

Does anyone have any tips in transitioning back into college?

Thanks!
