Started long-distance walks/hikes. Started today, not too long, but just under an hour and a half, which isn't bad. Up and down hills. Fairly decent pace. No stopping to rest. It felt amazing.
Also, weighed myself today and I'm now 13 and a half stone 8) That's 191lbs. Very close to my old max weight and my current target of 182lbs.
Going for another long walk tomorrow, this time perhaps for up to 3 hours in total. I'm essentially walking to different towns.
I want to work my up to traveling to Scotland, which would take days.
