Just popping in. I really need to be held accountable for my actions. Need to start my food diary.

Getting back into my book 'lazy girl's guide to getting fit & losing weight' - which has helped in the past. I am terrified about my weight and unhealthy and pretty miserable.

80% of weight loss being diet, and only 20% being exercise sucks.

Need to stop binging. Thought I'd mention here for others, that to get metabolism firing properly, we need to eat a little, often, which FEELS like more, but is healthier. Ah I dunno.
