I think this is a great question! I give this a lot of thought because I tend to be really down on myself for not getting enough accomplished. Lately I have just been trying to give myself credit when I can push through it enough to get a handful of things done. Folding a load of clothes, opening the mail, you should give yourself credit for those kinds of things. Let yourself rest inbetween if you need to. Break everything into little steps if you need to and do one step at a time if that helps. Focus on one thing at a time so you won't feel overwhelmed. Just give yourself a break and do the best you can.
