Terrible fibromyalgia flare after doing Day 1 of Week 1 of the couch to 5k yesterday (sore all over, extreme fatigue, lightheaded). I MAY try to do 1/2 of the number of runs when this flare is over. I may just throw in the jogging towel, period. Then I would just switch to brisk walking, or maybe try the stationary bike for a short period.
Self care today: telling my husband I'm too sick to go out to breakfast and grocery shopping, instead of forcing myself to do it. Should just put my feet up and read a book or something - - until the Packers' playoff game.
