I haven't been sleeping well. Yesterday, I have an hour long workout regimen and I also walked 5 miles (can't run much). I took my AP last night and got my almost 8 hours in. It started to be 6, but I laid there in the dark and dozed on and off for a few more hours. I normally get about 5 hours a night.

How do you get decent sleep?
