Sorry you guys are struggling with it. It's so important for stability.
Here are my sleep essentials:
1. Burning off energy during the day.
2. No caffeine after noon.
3. Filling dinner w not much sugar.
4. Relaxation and breathing.
5. Big super comfy bed and mattress.
6. Clean comfy clothes.
7. Ideal room temperature and ventilation.
8. Consistent bedtime routine w precisely timed meds.
