Many people have tole me the same as what littlebitlost said, but I have a hard time with the eating little amounts, often thing... It seems easier to me to just not eat... as soon as I start eating I have a hard time stopping.
I'm trying hard to change my eating habits and avoiding the foods I enjoy binging on... So far I am finding it incredibly difficult. Not sure exactly how to make this easier yet.

I've started to make sure that there is always, at least, one veggie at dinner.
I do feel fuller, so it has helped with the 10pm cookie-fest
I do feel like my bf is a saboteur though. He does the shopping and I always say don't buy chips, don't buy cookies...but he does...and then gets all b***hy when I eat them
Does anyone else have this same problem?
