Since you have been on Olanzapine for long I wouldn't recommend stopping it suddenly. Could you talk to your doctor, or go and see a psychiatrist again and discuss this? I take the same dose but it doesn't have the same effect on me.I still feel alert but no longer irritable, agitated and my thoughts slow down and paranoia/delusions ease. Sometimes I am on up to 30mg a day. It just depends on how bad the sypmtoms are.
