Zwang, I am so jealous of your long walk! Walking to Scotland sounds like a lot of fun. I did part of the Camino a few years ago but was unhappy to see how much of the route was actually along a roadway. Someday I hope to figure out a route that would let me traverse my state without dealing with the road too much.

The ground here is covered with a sheet of ice. It's going to be in the 40s today, a positive heat wave, so I hope to get out for some physical activity.

Yesterday I made a goal of staying off the internet all afternoon. I cheated a tiny bit on my phone but consider the experiment a success. I'm going to do the same thing today.
