I ask because I only get satisfaction when I don't pull the foreskin back. If I pull it back it feels like there is too much physical pressure on the organ, and it starts to throb a little. Is this normal? I also don't like to pull it back because the head is very sensitive.

Another question, how easy is it supposed to be to move the foreskin from below the head to above the head?
