We actually spent two sessions talking about the contract and discussed all of this and I gave T the permission to call and pester me until I went for one last session. It never happened but I'm sure she'd do it.
And yes I could have lied, but that would not have been helpful in the long run. I don't remember everything but a lot of loopholes were closed during those two sessions. I mainly remember being terrified because I admitted all my usual therapy tricks and felt really vulnerable.
