Like SnakeCharmer, I am not sure from what you have written whether the ENT specialist removed the lymph node.

If it was removed then (as SnakeCharmer wrote) it can take a while for biopsy results to come back.

If anything of concern was revealed from the biopsy then I am sure that the ENT specialist will be in contact with you.

In the meantime, please don't panic.
