Hello,

I was having what I thought were psychotic symptoms back in September. I was also having some strange new symptoms since about 12/17/2014. I was severely depressed and had been taken off of my antipsychotic in July. I tried many antipsychotics from July to September, but none of them were tolerable. Anyway, things seemed to clear up after being put back on my original antipsychotic. However, I’ve had scattered psychosis. For example, hearing voices upon occasion and seeing things briefly that aren’t there. Some delusional thoughts (thinking God has a special plan for me, because I am extra special). My psychiatrist doesn’t seem worried about my symptoms at all. It is sometimes kind of freaky when I think about it. My sleep is also horrible lately, but that might be due to some physical issues. Additionally, I think I have been slightly hypomanic as I have been on a shopping spree and have been having extreme bursts of energy throughout the day even though I am tired. It is weird. I am changing my pdoc, due to her misdiagnosis of acathesia, which cause me a whole mess of issues, stress, and hardship.
I am wondering if I should be concerned about the possible psychotic symptoms. I had never experienced this sort of thing before without medications, and it started basically after I went off of the antipsychotic, but I am still having issues while being back on one.
Oh and I want to also add that I did hear things and was delusional while on a particular medication back in November and December of 2013. However, I went off of the medication and what I was hearing and my delusional thoughts went away.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you.
