Haven't checked in for awhile. I have been doing some things for self care lately like going to group, seeing my doctor, etc. I have kind of screwed up with the healthier eating thing and the exercise. I have been busy with school, and they are my first college classes so I'm just getting used to the workload right now.
I need to make a serious plan, I can't keep gaining weight. Some of it may be medicine. I'm also going to get my thyroid checked to see if that may be off balance and contributing to it.
This is going to sound funny but I hate wearing jeans. I mean I like wearing them but the ones I have don't fit me well and I only have like two raggedy pairs that fit me. I don't want to invest in nice new ones until I get to a certain weight and maintain it. I hate getting dressed everyday to go out and walk, I like wearing my pajama pants all day Lol.
Would yoga pants be comfortable to walk in? At least more so than jeans rubbing against my skin? I may get a few pairs of them and use them for that. Ooh, what about wind breaker pants, I bet they would feel good.
This is all essentially about how lazy I am, I don't want to be seen walking down the street with cars going by in my "The Grinch" fleece pajama pants" lmao
