I lost a lot of weight on changing my diet over to lean meats like chicken and fish, protein fruit shakes, and eating a lot more vegetables. I also take supplements such as omega 3 fatty acids. I also incorporate vitamins like magnesium, calcium and Vit D3 for the winter months especially. I hope none of this clashes with your renal diet but being 30 pounds lighter is such a great thing.
